GOUACHE LIVE!
Greetings from my studio in Meridian, Idaho!
As summer draws to a close, our family is soaking up these final days before the backpacks come out and a new school year begins. While kids pursue their education, I couldn’t be more thrilled to offer my expertise as an instructor at the Gouache LIVE event the end of August!
Gouache LIVE is an immersive 2-days of live demonstrations and instruction that reveal how gouache really works: from mixing and layering to finishing confident paintings.

Gouache is my favorite medium for exploring ideas! It gives me the freedom to experiment with color, opacity, and saturation while solving the design of a painting.

At Gouache LIVE I’ll demo a “Structure in a Landscape” with a view from Creek Street in Ketchikan, Alaska. There's something magical about seeing an entire historic district perched on stilts above a sun-bathed creek!
